I had the pleasure of working with WL Pro Builders on a comprehensive home improvement project, and I can't praise them enough. Wesley and Lucas, the owners, set the bar high for professionalism and expertise. Their attention to detail was evident from the very beginning. Bryan, the main contractor, was a true standout! He was not only friendly and polite but also incredibly knowledgeable. He possessed all the qualities I could hope for in a contractor. Throughout the project, he demonstrated a deep understanding of the work and was always available to answer my questions. The complexity of our project was handled with thoughtfulness and careful consideration. WL Pro Builders managed to sequence everything flawlessly, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. This approach also helped them stay on schedule, with only minor delays that were quickly addressed. One of the things that impressed me was the fair and competitive pricing. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and I felt like I received excellent value for my investment. If you want it done right! We live in a 1400 square feet home in San Mateo. Our 400 square foot deck in our back yard was made of redwood and in bad shape. After giving up on contractors that didn't even return my call or just didn't have the vibe, I discovered WL pro builders . This pretty much wrapped the deal. I met with Andre and Lucas, Andre advised me of all the possibilities and options. After much thought we decided to go with a dark brown timber tech material. He assured me we could get the old deck taken out, replace all framing and joists and replace with timber tech in a week. I felt I was I good hands and they were sincere, and very professional. The choice of not going with wood was obvious. I had spent many hours repairing and patching the redwood deck , with this decision I am going to be at peace for what came with the new material a 30 year warranty. The job was done with detail, professional, clean, and meticulous way with Jesus the lead carpenter and his assistants. The new material was delivered and they went to work, and needless to say the job was done promptly and on time. Let's not forget, Rennan, and Wesley. All the crew just showed care and were kind and easy to get along with. I just can't say enough about how happy we as a family are with this experience. They worked on my upper deck done that was horribly done by another contractor and also replaced part of the concrete in my driveway. They exceeded my expectations and are truly professionals. Lucas, Andre, and Jesus are awesome! They are the best contractors and I wish they did more than landscaping. We have looked for a contractor to build a pergola to replace the hot top on an area where our 650 gallon hot top surrounded with Trex Transcent Lineage deck. We have spent over four months to talked to many contractors, listened to their ideas, recommendations, studied the proposals, designs and finally we decided to choose WL Pro Builders to do the work and we are extremely happy with their work, process, communication, schedules, project management, closure, budget control, and workmanship. Everything is excellent and first rate. The quality of the design and end product are excellent. This is a very professional team, knowledgeable, good skill, hardworking, courtesy and responsible. When we asked them to give us a quote, Lucas came with Andre and patiently listened to our thoughts and subsequently Andre came back three more times to talked to us hoping to transform our concept to a design. Andre and Lucas spent time with us and used 3D computer tool and came up with the final design after many iterations of design changes. When the project was moved from the design phase to the development phase Wesley brought the working team over to introduce them to us and explained their development process to us. Wesley managed the working team and briefed us regularly. He has assigned Bryan as the on-site foreman for this phase. Bryan is an excellent worker, with outstanding carpentry. The team kept the working place clean so their work would not interrupt or damage to the existing landscape. The deck and pergola have blended in with the existing landscape beautifully. Working with WL Pro Builders was great from start to finish. As most big jobs. We did run into some issues but issues were resolved. We appreciate all the hard work and working with us to make the necessary changes to the project. Workers were very respectful and always left the job sight clean after a long day of work. Very responsive and communicated with questions we had throughout the project. We've went through numerous bids and engineering design to finally get what we've been dreaming about.
